We led the complete functional definition of the first release. We structured user flows and full journeys that serve both technical and business profiles. We designed wireframes focused on information architecture and straightforward navigation. On top of that, we created a design system with reusable components and dynamic tokens that support both light and dark modes. We also developed a detailed approach to dynamic chart design and accounted for every possible use case and interaction scenario to ensure a robust and coherent experience in any context. Our role was to act as a true product and design partner from strategy to interface, ensuring coherence, scalability, and agility.
Pensero’s design is rooted in minimalism and clarity. We built a clean visual identity that highlights content and minimizes distraction. We defined typography, color palette, and spacing principles, alongside a component system that ensures visual consistency across web and mobile. We also designed the brand and its applications, including the logo, stationery, illustration style, and icon libraries, as well as assets for communication and events. Each screen was designed with readability, contrast, and hierarchy in mind, allowing users to focus on what matters. The system was conceived to adapt seamlessly to different product states, incorporating dynamic graphics and consistent visual treatments across all use cases.
